海洋绞车提升系统动力学仿真分析

摘要:以电驱动海洋绞车为研究对象,利用UG建立海洋绞车各个部件的三维模型,完成装配并添加相应约束。将装配好的三维模型倒入到ADAMS中,然后利用ADAMS建立包括绳索在内的虚拟样机模型。海洋绞车的提升过程分为十个阶段,文章主要针对绞车提升过程中的几个加速阶段以及从减速到制动阶段进行仿真分析,得出绞车在每个阶段负载的速度和滚筒拖动力的变化曲线。并在此基础上分析了母船的升沉运动对负载运动的影响,获得了在波浪激励的影响下负载的动态响应与缆绳的张力变化规律,为海洋绞车的升沉补偿研究以及结构优化设计打下基础。

Dynamic simulation analysis of lifting system for marine winch

Abstract:The electric marine winch was chosen as study object. The 3D model of the various parts of the marine winch was built and constructed by UG and the virtual prototype model including ropes was established based on ADAMS. The lifting process of marine winch is divided into ten stages. This paper mainly focuses on the simulation analysis of several major phases of acceleration and the stage from deceleration to braking of the lifting process, the curve of the speed of load and the drag force of roller are obtained. In addition, after the simulation of the lifting process, the dynamic response of the load and the tendency of the strain along the cable are given under the influence of the heave motion of the ship, which can be used in the research of heave compensation and structural optimization design of marine winch.
