防腐保温管塑料挤出技术研究

摘要:本文是防腐保温管塑料挤出技术研究,研究聚乙烯塑化的单螺杆挤出技术理论以及利用FLUENT计算机头内流场分布情况,分析单螺杆挤出机机头内流场分布规律,通过三组机头模型尺寸设计,优选得到挤出机机头最佳设计模型。完成ANSYS仿真机头内流场分布情况及其的对称面速度,压力,温度分布云图。为了满足研究需要从而选择机头内流动更均匀平缓的一组方案,最终选出比较优化的机头模型尺寸。

Abstract: This article is anti-corrosion insulation pipe plastic extruding technology research, the main task is the study of PE plasticizing theory of single screw extrusion technology research and the use of FLUENT software distribution of the flow field inside the computer first, analysis the flow field in the single-screw extruder head distribution, through three sets of head model size design, optimizing extruder head optimal design model. Complete ANSYS simulation flow field distribution in the nose and the symmetry plane of speed, pressure, temperature distribution in the cloud. In order to meet the research needs to choose the nose flow more even gentle a set of solutions, eventually choose a head model of optimization size.
