一种深海探测装备耐压结构设计方法和承压性分析

摘 要:通过设计深海探测装备耐压壳体, 以求从经济、制造和技术优化等多方面指标综合分析耐压壳体的最优结构
形式,并详细阐述了双圆柱舱体一体化结构形式的设计原因,材质的对比分析和选择,铝合金的防腐处理方式等。最
后结合所设计的壳体结构, 从理论上对曲面薄壳结构的强度和刚度进行了分析, 并利用有限元分析软件对曲面和实
体的组合单元模型进行了非线性的和线性的混合仿真分析, 从而在理论上验证了设计的最终结果在强度和结构稳定
性上是符合要求的。

Abstract: By designing the pressureproof structure for deep-sea detecting equipment, an optimal structural style of the shell is comprehensively analyzed from aspects of the economy, manufacture, and technical optimizations in this article. The design reason for the integrated structure form of double-cylinder is illustrated in detail, as well as the contrastive analysis and selection of metallic material, and the anticorrosive treatment of aluminum alloy, etc. Finally, based on the designed shell structure, strength and stiffness of the thin-shell structure on the hook face are analyzed theoretically; the nonlinear and linear hybrid simulation for the combination unit model of hook face and the solid would be conducted by using the finite element analysis software. It is proved theoretically that the final design results could meet the requirements of strength and the structural stability.
