摘 要: 以某桁架式门式起重机金属结构系统为研究对象,基于有限元法对其动态特性进行了分析。 通过分析得出
如下结论:当起重小车位于门机主梁跨中和悬臂端时,整机金属结构系统对应的各阶模态振型均表现一致,其中,第
 六阶模态为结构在垂直方向的振动,当小车位于主梁跨中时,对应的固有频率值为 33.72 HZ,即其动态性能满足国家
标准的要求。分析结果为该起重机动态性能的优化设计奠定了基础,为其他同类结构的设计提供了参考。

Analysis on the Structural Dynamic Characteristics of Trussed Gantry Crane Based on the Finite Element Method

Abstract: Taking a trussed gantry crane as the object, its dynamic characteristic was analyzed based on the finite element method in this paper. It is concluded that mode shapes of the crane are same when the trolley is located in the middle of the girder and the cantilever end, among them, the sixth order mode is the vibration of structure in the vertical direction, the corresponding natural frequency value is 3.372Hz when the trolley is located in the middle of the girder; therefore, the crane’s dynamic characteristic could meet requirements of the national standard. The results provide basis for optimization and design of the crane’s dynamic characteristic, and reference for design of the other similar structures.
