Optimization of Processing Process for Typical Input Parts of Mold

Abstract: die is a tool used to make molded articles, and it is one of the important tools for industrial production. In order to improve the quality and processing efficiency of the insert parts in the mold, the processing process of the insert parts of the mold is optimized, and the roughness of the main part of the parts is significantly reduced. The mirror level can be controlled within the A3 level, and the clear angle can be controlled within the range of 0.05 mm. This effectively guarantees that the body of the part has no edges and no defects, which solves the defects existing in the traditional process well, and also realizes the rapid processing of parts in bulk. The results show that the scientific and reasonable processing technology can eliminate the defects such as burrs and angles, improve the processing efficiency, and fully meet the needs of production technology. It can provide reference for the needs of mold processing.
