漏磁检测中油管螺旋传送装置运动学和动力学分析

摘要:对油管螺旋传送装置进行理论的运动学和动力学分析,建立油管运动的数学模型,使油管传送的速度与螺距的匹配,保证检测过程不产生漏检。建立四种油管传送过程的力学模型,对油管运动的平稳性进行分析。利用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS对油管螺旋传送部分进行运动学和动力学仿真分析,运动学仿真包括油管质心位置、质心速度、质心加速度等;动力学仿真则主要是油管在XYZ三轴方向上的具体受力情况。并且将理论分析与仿真结果进行对比,分析产生差异的原因,进一步优化模型。

AbstractThe kinematics and dynamics analysis of the tubing screw conveyor are carried out to establish the mathematical model of the tubing movement, so that the velocity and pitch of the tubing can be matched to ensure that the detection process does not produce the missed test. The mechanics model of the four tubing transmission processes is established, and the smoothness of the tubing movement is analyzed. Kinematic simulation of the spiral transmission part of the tubing is carried out by using the mechanical system dynamics analysis software ADAMS. The kinematic simulation includes the centroid position of the tubing, the centroid velocity and the centroid acceleration. The dynamic simulation is mainly in the XYZ triaxial direction The specific force of the situation. And the theoretical analysis and simulation results were compared to analyze the reasons for the differences, to further optimize the model.
